In this paper, the influences of power supply voltage, output load and component tolerance on the performance of inverters are analyzed and studied theoretically and practically.
By detecting the power supply and load current of inverters and modulating the delay time of inverters' delay circuit with their numerical values, the dynamic dead-time control technology is used to control the delay time of inverters and make the dead-time be in the optimal state, which improves the efficiency and dynamic performance of inverters, and also power grid quality.
Practical application results indicate that it can reduce power consumption and high surge voltage and current brought by inverters due to unreasonable dead-time and thus improve the reliability of the power components. Its performance has been verified in practical application of frequency conversion elevator.
